Quantitative Accuracy of LFQ (Label Free Quantification): Error Range of Shotgun Analysis
LFQ (label free quantification) has made a great contribution to quantitative proteomics. In this method, since a label is not used, variety samples can be used. Moreover, compared with SWATH which is the same of non-label method, acquisition time and analysis time can be greatly reduced. Compared with SWATH based on the principle of SRM, LFQ based on the principle of SIM attracts attention to its quantitative accuracy. Since MSP2018, we have done a lot of LFQ analysis. Based on the CV value of these analyzes, we examine the error and accuracy of LFQ.
