MSSJ Corporate Program Working Group (MSSJ CPWG) is organizing a consortium of instrument manufacturers. One of the objectives of this effort is to bridge the society and a wide range of MS users and encourage people to attend the annual conferences and join the society. In this year's workshop, we focus on ion detection systems. There are some typical ion detection systems and they combined with optimum ion separation techniques each other. These combinations are characteristics of instrument, and it is why it selects a device according to the application. On this session, each presenter will explain about the typical ion detection systems with their characteristics. Also, we are planning a panel discussion for a deeper understanding.
