Enhanced Peptide Mapping and HCP Detection with PASEF on timsTOF PRO

Part of the regulatory requirements when developing a biological drug involve the in-depth characterization of low level heterogeneities, all the way down to part per millions of the drug. This is usually carried out with a peptide map and data dependent analysis MS/MS for the detection.
In this work, we describe how PASEF (parallel accumulation-serial fragmentation) scans are implemented on the timsTOF PRO and how it can be applied to peptide mapping to achieve the goal of sensitive detection with enhanced speed and data quality.
