合成型HaloTagプロテインアレイ技術を用いた転写因子相互作用ネットワーク解析ーホルモンシグナリングクロストークの発見ー
Using HaloTag-NAPPA technology, we created high-density protein arrays comprising 12,000 Arabidopsis ORFs. We used these arrays to query protein–protein interactions for a set of 38 transcription factors (TFs) that function in diverse hormone regulatory pathways. The resulting TF interactome network contains thousands of novel interactions. In our TF-NAPPA network we identified a subnetwork of proteins involved in the abscisic acid (ABA) signalling pathway. The HaloTag-NAPPA interactions expanded the known ABA network by at least ten protein interactions.
