ピリリウム系誘導体化試薬による脳内タウリンおよびGABAの動態解析

Py-I can selectively and efficiently react with the primary amino group by the reaction of pyrylium salts with nucleophiles under alkaline conditions, thereby increasing the mass by 105.1. In this time, to investigate the effect of taurine-induced mice brain, we prepared i.p.-taurine mice on 5 days. Py-I-modified taurine, GABA, dopamine and 3-MT were prepared as standard sample. These showed m/z 230.2, 208.3, 258.1 and 272.2 increasing the mass by 105.1 from original mass, respectively. MSI showed the change of localization of target molecules. Interestingly, localization of GABA showed opposite compared with that of taurine. Dopamine increased at STRv after i.p. of taurine. We would like to discuss with participants for this change.
