At the early stages of drug development, quantitative analysis is generally carried out for metabolic stability screening. However, qualitative metabolite characterization analysis is also useful to improve metabolic stability through compound optimization. In this study, we developed a short time, simultaneous quantitative and qualitative evaluation method using high-resolution mass spectrometry.
