高分解能MSを用いたPKスクリーニング評価
Liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometers (LC-MS/MS) has been widely used for early phase pharmacokinetic evaluation because of its splendid selectivity, sensitivity and throughput. . However, triple-quadrupole-based analysis has to need to develop the selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode, it is rate-limiting step in analysis workflows. The high-resolution mass (HRMS) spectrometer has potential to resolve the problem. In this study, we analyzed the plasma samples obtained from Sprague-Dawley rats cassette administered several therapeutic drugs. We demonstrate that the quantitative performance of LC-HRMS was compared with LC-MS/MS.
