SWATH-MS解析におけるサンプル量の重要性
SWATH-MS is the data independent acquisition (DIA) technique that allows comprehensive detection and quantitation. We intend to load a certain amount of sample for each SWATH-MS analysis, but the actual total ion chromatogram (TIC) differs in each analysis. Therefore, the results of SWATH are normalized to compare each other. In this study, we examined an effect of sample dose on the SWATH analysis data by SWATH analysis using different amounts of human kidney cortex sample proteins and found significance of the sample amount for the SWATH analysis.
