化学蒸着法を利用した表面レーザー脱離イオン化質量分析法の開発
Surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (SALDI/MS) has been used for analysis of biomolecules and polymers. Ability of desorption and ionization on SALDI is dependent on the surface condition and physical properties of nanomaterials. In this study, we developed new CVD method to prepare the nanomaterials for SALDI rapidly and simply. Furthermore, detection sensitivity of biological samples were evaluated using SALDI/MS with the CVD.
