プロテオーム解析におけるタンパク質同定手法に関する研究－アミノ酸組成を用いたタンパク質同定－
To evaluate the new simple protein identification method using amino acid composition, the proteins carrying a few amino acid replacements were analyzed. The result proved that the method can identify the proteins and taxonomy carrying only one amino acid replacement in the protein sequence. To apply this method, the proteins in pigeon milk were analyzed by this method, and identified the proteins separated by conventional SDS-PAGE followed by the amino acid analysis.
