イオンモビリティMSによる植物ホルモンの超高感度分析
Plant hormones are signaling compounds which regulate growth and development at low concentrations. Recently, their microanalysis by using LC-MS/MS has been carried out frequently. However, crude samples should be purified prior to the analysis not to suppress the ionization in LC-MS/MS. In this study, LC-ESI-MS/MS with differential mobility separation (DMS) was used to analyze plant hormones in crude extracts with high specificities and sensitivities.
