Ultive Triple Quad LC-MS を用いた多様な化学的性質を持つ農薬の一斉分析
Pesticide are the bioactive chemicals and have wide variation of physical/chemical properties. Recently, high throughput comprehensive analysis of multi-residue pesticide is quite important not only for environmental studies but also xenobiotic metabolomics studies. Here we report comprehensive analysis of multi-residue pesticide using Ultivo triple quad LC-MS which has extremely small size of instrument volume. For the evaluation of fundamental performance, Avocado, orange and tea leaves were spiked with 246 pesticides and extracted. As a result, almost all pesticides were recovered and determined as identical level compare to the classic triple quad LC-MS. These results are suggesting that Ultivo has high performance and small instrumental volume to enhance productivity of analytical science.
