アンモニア水を移動相として用いた農薬および動物用医薬品のLC/MS/MS分析における高感度分析法の開発
A C18 column that can be used up to pH 12 was developed. Pesticides and veterinary medicines were analyzed using the column and ammonia aqueous solution as mobile phase. The sensitivity in 96% of the compounds were increased. LC/MS/MS analysis using ammonia aqueous solution and the column usable in ammonia aqueous solution mobile phase was shown to be effective for simultaneous analysis of pesticides and veterinary medicines.
