Metabolites produced by intestinal microbiota are probably absorbed constantly from the intestinal lumen and carried to systemic circulation; they play a direct role in health and disease. Recently, increasing attention has been devoted to the relationship among intestinal microbiota, the metabolites, health and disease. In this study, metabolites in feces of young and old mice were analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Then, the results were effectively analyzed and visualized to compare the amount of metabolites in feces of young and old mice by Shimadzu Multi-omics Analysis Gadget Pack.
