Detection of drug-related ions of mouse whole body section by Matrix-Enhanced Surface-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization imaging mass spectrometry
The matrix-enhanced surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization method was applied for the mass imaging of whole body section of a mouse treated with olanzapine. Some distribution data were acquired for the discussion to overcome the problems of imaging mass spectrometry.
