A Study of Direct Analysis for Liquid Samples Using Lidenfrost Phenomenon-assisted Thermal Desorption / Spray Ionization Mass Spectrometry
This work describes the development and application of a new ionization technique that makes use of the Lidenfrost phenomenon in spray ionization at atmospheric pressure for direct analysis of low molecules such as drugs and toxicants without special sample pretreatment or with minor sample pretreatment.
