Gas release behavior from simulated nuclear fuel was studied by using quadrupole mass spectrometry. In this study, CsI release behavior was measured with increasing temperature up to 900℃. Vapor ion of CsI was observed from 440℃ and this appearance temperature was lower than that of pure CsI.
