Optimization of LC-MS method for highly sensitive detection of acyl-CoA
It is important to analyze acyl-CoA for evaluation of metabolism. However, quantitative analysis of acyl-CoA is difficult because of adsorption to stainless and use of basic mobile phase in LC-MS. In this study, we show the optimized condition of LCMS for the detection of acyl-CoA.
