We have been developing "Ion Trap Ion Mobility Measurement System". By using the system microparticles are trapped for more than 2 hours with monitoring the structural changes. However, the detection sensitivity is limited to observe μm particles. Here we present a newly developed system which enables us to observe wide range of particles with radii from 10 μm down to 25 nm. The mobility and the charge analyses show that the mobility rapidly increased as the radii decreased to nano area because of the drastic change in the collision processes between the particles and the molecules, such as oxygen and nitrogen in air.
