Analysis of glycoproteins by two-dimensional chromatogram mapping using LC-MALDI-MS

Two-dimensional (2D) LC chromatogram mapping using MALDI-MS has been developed for the analysis of protein digests. The 2D map could be created to integrate two LC-MS chromatograms. In this study, we applied the 2D mapping using MALDI-MS to the analysis of glycoproteins.
