Development of Metabolomics Workflow Using SWATHTM and Novel Software and Libraries

With recent development of MS and software, metabolomics research is progressing rapidly, but we have still have some bottlenecks in the workflow. I will present new approach for metabolomics workflow using SWATHTM and novel software and libraries. The benefits of SWATHTM for metabolomics compared with traditional IDA, comprehensive and semi-targeted processing, characterization and translation into biological knowledge are reported in this poster.
