We developed highly selective method for phosphopeptide enrichment based on hydroxy acid-modified metal oxide chromatpgraphy (HAMMOC) coupled with one-dimensional LC-MS system with meter-scale monolithic silica columns for deep phosphoproteome analysis. We also developed high-throughput and quantitative profiling system for protein kinases using selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode and applied it to evaluation of molecular-targeted agents.
