Discrimination of snack confectionary with Desorption Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (DESI-MS).

Desorption Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (DESI-MS) was applied rapid discrimination of snack confectionary. This method requires relatively simple pretreatment and offers rapid analyses. In this study, discrimination of same flavor from different maker has been carried out. Further comparisons between flavors and the makers will be presented.
