Development of liquid sample introduction system into high vacuum plasma for quantitative analysis
We have developed mass spectrometer with a high vacuum plasma-based ion source. This technology offers various advantages for quantitative analysis such as high sensitivity, low sample consumption rate and freedom from polyatomic (spectral) interference. In this presentation, introduction of liquid sample into the plasma using electrospray will be considered.
