Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is one of the general synthetic polymers. Generally, the PEG is synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of ethylene oxide. The PEG has molecular weight distributions. Such the PEG is analyzed by using each SEC and HPLC and MALDI-TOF-MS. In this study, analysis method of the PEG was compared with those of the LC/ESI-MS, LC/ELSD, MALDI-TOF-MS.
