Development of a signal acquisition system for Time-of-Flight mass spectrometry
We have been developed a new signal acquisition system for time-of-flight mass spectrometry. This system is composed of an analog switch and an integrating circuit; the analog switch selects a beam packet, the integrating circuit stores charge that is proportional to the number of detected ions.
