Application of two-dimensional mapping using integrated two LC-MS chromatograms of different chromatographic separations.
Two-dimensional (2D) mapping using different chromatographic separations coupled with mass spectrometry has been developed for the analysis of mixture and proteomics. In this study, the 2D map could be created to integrate two different chromatograms obtained from two different mass spectrometers, LC-ESI-MS and LC-MALDI-MS. The 2D mapping was applied to the analysis of phosphorylated proteins to identify phosphorylated and dephosphorylated protein digests.
