Analysis of KAI2 protein-ligand interaction using hydrogen/deuterium exchange mass spectrometry
Hydrogen/deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) has proven to be a useful analytical method for the study of protein dynamics and protein conformation. In this study, α/β-hydrolase KAI2, binds and catalytically hydrolyzes a synthetic strigolactone GR24, was used for HDX-MS experiment.
