1)Cetuximab is a important candidate for biosimilar and biobetter development. Using cetuximab as an example, we introduce fast and effective methods such as intact monoclonal antibody characterization with LC-TOF-MS, MAlDI top-down sequencing. and peptide mapping by LC-MALDI.
2)solarix XR with a new ParaCell is Ultra-High resolution FT-ICR-MS whose resolving power is greater than 10 million. UHR enable to determine the elemental composition using isotopic fine structure. We propose wide applications such as small molecule analysis , metabolomics and imaging mass spectrometry.
