Construction of a derivatized metabolite library for GC/MS metabolomics

We have constructed a GC/MS metabolite library comprised of retention indices and mass spectrum using InertCap 5MS/NP. The library is composed of more than 400 compounds including amino acids, organic acids, fatty acids, and sugars that derivatized with methoxyloximation and trimethylsilylation. It is also compatible with AIoutput, a software that support auto peak identification and multivariate data analysis.
