Development of Novel, Comprehensive and Universal Method of Drug and Metabolites Analysis Using SWATHTM Technology -2: Qual and Quant Workflow
Short Abstract: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of parent drug and metabolites in early ADME studies has shown significant promise for improving the efficiency of drug discovery. But traditional quantitation methods using MRM need to be optimized for each components and it is time-consuming and not applicable to unexpected metabolites and qualitative analysis. On the other hand, quantitation using accurate mass is not always enough for selectivity. In this report, I will present one universal qual and quant method using SWATHTM for early ADME study and compare the results with other acquisition methods.
