Development of Novel, Comprehensive and Universal Method of Drug and Metabolites Analysis Using SWATH Technology -1: Metabolite ID
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of parent drug and metabolites in early ADME studies has shown significant promise for improving the efficiency of drug discovery. IDA and DIA approaches are used for metabolite ID study, but current acquisition methods are not perfect because of shortage of comprehensiveness, risk of false positives and negatives, and/or complexity. Since the new rapid, comprehensive and universal methods for metabolite ID are expected, I will report a new approach using SWATHTM acquisition and new software and compare the results with IDA results.
