Analysis for Oxidative Stress-related Substances of Human Cell Lines Exposed to Water Pollutants
We analyzed oxidative stress-related substances of human cell lines exposed to water pollutants such as heavy-metal compounds using an ultra-fast LC/MS/MS. The bioassay using human cell lines has promise as a new test for drinking water quality, because the water including an unknown material can be evaluated without using the componential analysis. So we analyzed an extract of human cell lines exposed to arsenic-affected water, and tried to find hazard-maker metabolites.
