Monitoring the pesticide levels in all agricultural products is required in all over the world. In the present status, a combination of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) is conducted as a possible solution to measure the wide variety of physical properties of the pesticide components. we attempted to develop a high-throughput simultaneous pesticide analysis system based on SFC. SFC/MS can analyze wide variety pesticides that are typically analyzed by separate processes GC/MS and LC/MS simultaneously. SFC/Orbitrap MS allowed 452 pesticides by only one method. Some pesticides that are conventionally analyzed by GC/EI-MS were not ionized in ESI-MS.
