How to Register

Notice to presenting authors
From this conference, at least one co-author must be a member of MSSJ to make a presentation. However, you can choose an option for registration as a “temporary member” when you register as a non-member. This option is valid once per person. Temporary members cannot access member-only pages in the MSSJ web site, and has no right to vote. Temporary membership will start from the next month after the conference and automatically terminate at the end of next March.

Register on-line (payable by Visa or Master card only) or register on-site (payable in Japanese-yen cash only).

Deadline

April 21, 2014, 5:00pm
(Japan standard time) 		Deadline of the on-line advance registration with reduced cost.

# Use on-line advance registration to avoid waiting lines at on-site registration.
# Name badges, receipts and book of abstracts will be ready for pick up in the registration area on-site for the convenience of advance registrants.

For VISA application
Conference participants should familiarize themselves with visa requirements well. The organizers cannot intervene with Japanese embassies abroad or any authorities on behalf of any participant. However, we will be able to send the acceptance of registration and/or the acceptance of abstract submission by regular postal service, fax or email. If you require any other proofs for your visa, your request will not be acknowledged or processed by the committee.
