迅速SPAD（Solid-Phase Analytical Derivatization）GC/MS法による 歯周病診断のためのオンサイト分析
We developed a rapid analysis method within 30 min for diagnosis of periodontal disease in dental hospital. The rapid method was applied real periodontal patients and healthy volunteers coming into dental hospital at Osaka University. Discriminant analysis were performed on healthy volunteers, moderate patients and treated patients with low inflammation level. As a result, we found some of stable patients after periodontal treatment could not separate from healthy volunteer group. This could be a new indicator by metabolites.
