Structural elucidation was conducted for production ion spectra obtained from model plants. The production ion spectra of flavonol glycoside showed a generation of a product ion that could be produced by the hemolytic radical cleavage. The production ion spectra in MSSJ MassBank database supported that the product ion was commonly observed for the cases of other flavonol glycosides.
