金ナノ粒子/カーボンドット複合ナノ粒子を用いたSALDI-MSとカルバペネム系抗菌薬の検出
We present SALDI-MS using nanocomposite of gold nanoparticles with carbon dots. In the nanocomposite, gold nanoparticles work as the SALDI activity and the carbon dots have the affinity with analytes. The SALDI activity of the nanocomposite was demonstrated using several analyte such as PEG6000, Irganox. We can detect carbapenem antibiotics in microbial simulation samples using the SALI-MS.
