We developed a unique system that combines endoscopy-assisted remote sampling with mass spectrometry. This system enables us to diagnose the alimentary tract cancers in a “near-to” real-time manner. Our first attempt focuses on the colorectal cancer with a learning machine as a diagnostic algorithm.
