Data independent acquisition (DIA) workflows have gained in popularity as they overcome the issue of stochastic selection of peptide precursors encountered in typical data dependent approaches (DDA). We now combined the parallel accumulation serial fragmentation (PASEF) principle with DIA resulting in a new acquisition method, called diaPASEF.
