揮発性成分リアルタイム測定システムを用いた香水の香り立ちメカニズムの解明
The Volatimeship DART-MS system was developed and has been used for the real time analysis of the volatile compounds. In this report, we improved this system and monitored the scent release phenomenon from perfume. As a result, the compounds related to top and middle note were detected. This improved system will be applied to not only cosmetics but any other fields.
