Recent developments have been making MALDI-TOF MS to be applicable for quantitative analysis as well as qualitative analysis. And also recently MALDI-TOF MS has started to be used for high throughput screening (HTS) projects. In this study, we discuss the quantitativeness of MALDI-TOF MS intending HTS.
