QuEChERS抽出サンプルの自動マイクロSPEクリーンナップを用いた残留農薬分析

This contribution presents the implementation of the automated µSPE workflow for QuEChERS extracts. It demonstrates the particular configuration and processing steps with integration into LC-MS and GC-MS analysis. Food samples of high lipid content and spices have been applied for QuEChERS extraction and uSPE clean-up. It could be shown that the uSPE clean-up extends the QuEChERS method for critical matrix and high lipid food commodities.
As the cleanup cycle is completed within less than 10 min the clean-up workflow is scheduled as a prep-ahead task allowing the continuous sample analysis at maximum duty cycle of the GC-MS and LC-MS system.
