ペプチド混合物のC末端アミノ酸残基選択的定量方法の構築

Here we aimed to develop a method to selectively quantitate C-terminal amino acids of peptide mixtures. The hydrolysis using carboxypeptidase in H₂¹⁸O successfully separated the non-¹⁸O-labelled C-terminal amino acids and ¹⁸O-labelled internal amino acid residues by LC-MS analysis. The C-terminal amino acid concentration of model peptide mixtures quantitated by this method was in good agreement with the theoretical value.
