経口摂取した小径金ナノ粒子のゼブラフィッシュにおける体内動態

Small spherical gold nanoparticles (~10 nm) were prepared and fed to a zebrafish. Imaging mass spectrometry revealed the in vivo distributions of the gold nanoparticles at several hours after the ingestion. Au+ signals were found at upside the air bladder and around eyes at 48 h after feeding.
