肝臓組織切片のMALDI プロファイリング
Porcine and bovine liver tissues were examined by the direct analysis using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI MS) for molecular profiling. MALDI mass spectra from the liver tissues were obtained with 100 mg/mL sinapinic acid (SA). We have tried to analyze amino acid sequence by using SA mixed with 5-amino-1-naphthol (5,1-ANL) suitable for in-source decay (ISD).
