白金スパッタリング法を利用した表面支援レーザー脱離イオン化の最適化と特性

The effectiveness of platinum vapor deposition surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization (Pt-SALDI) was studied for synthetic polymers, additives, peptides and drugs. The optimized conditions of the Ar gas pressure at sputtering and the platinum thickness on the samples were determined using PEG as a model sample. The results of their compounds for Pt-SALDI were compared with those for MALDI.
