GlycanAnalysis Plug-in is a tool for the identification of glycan structure from negative-ion MS/MS spectra by searching a glycan database. It works as a plug-in for a freeware Mass++, a mass spectrum visualization analysis platform. We improved the GUI and the scoring function of this plug-in, which was originally introduced in last MSSJ conference.
