SERS/SALDI連携分析のための銀ナノ粒子担持コンパクトディスク基板
We report the simultaneous achievement of SERS and SALDI-MS using compact disc (CD). The silver nanoparticle-decorated CD (Ag NP–CD) can efficiently concentrate local electromagnetic field resulting in the enhancement of both SERS and SALDI efficiency. Excellent reproducibility of the SERS measurements using the Ag NP–CD was obtained, with a standard error of about 13 %. SALDI activity was also demonstrated for the same Ag NP–CD substrates.
