小型マルチターン飛行時間型質量分析計による歯肉溝浸出液の分析

Periodontal disease is one of the most concerned threats to dental health. Therefore, It is desired to establish the new method of on-site analysis to diagnose periodontal disease conditions. Gingival crevicular fluid with pretreatment such as extraction, condensation and derivatization was analyzed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS). MULTUM-SⅡ is used for mass analyzer. MULTUM-SⅡ is portable and capable of achieving high mass resolution, therefore appropriate for on-site diagnosis.
